Good Form Running
GOOD FORM RUNNING LEVEL 1 CLINIC
In this class, we will teach you the four simple but highly effective points that will help you transform into a more efficient, healthy runner. By mastering these points, you will be able to run faster, easier, and most importantly injury free. You will have the opportunity to have your gait analyzed on camera and have the chance to practice the Good Form technique which will dramatically improve your running form.
CLASS SIZE: Max. of 15 people
GOOD FORM RUNNING LEVEL 2 CLINIC
This is an opportunity to practice the “4 Points” with more thorough and individual instruction. Through drills, exercises, and much more video analysis, we will help make sure you are truly achieving good form running. We usually recommend waiting about 2-3 weeks after taking GFR level I to take level II, so it gives you ample time to practice the 4 points.

GOOD FORM WALKING CLINIC
This class is designed as an overview of what we see as the most important biomechanical issues influencing walking form. We aim to keep the information presented as simple as possible while still addressing the needs of each individual attending. The objective is therefore to provide the attendees with the necessary tools to be able to walk easier, faster, and injury free.
