FREE Yoga Fridays

Please join us for our community yoga class every Friday morning! Classes are open to walkers and runners of all levels. Our instructor, Lisa Saper-Bloom, has been teaching yoga for 10 years. Because she enjoys an active lifestyle consisting of hiking and running, Lisa understands fatigued muscles. She is dedicated to designing class sequences specific to the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back areas. Classes are 60 minutes and are free of charge. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and bring your own yoga mat, water, and towel.
