Tortoise and Hare track workouts are designed to help improve your love of running and sense of community in Glendale, AZ. The weekly workouts are led by running coaches from Cadence Performance Coaching. These workouts will include warm up, drills for form and strength, a main set of repeats, (200 meters -1600 meters), and a cool down. We are meeting at Cactus High School from September to December at 6PM every Tuesday.
- Meet and socialize with other runners who share your interests
- Find training partners to motivate and push you
- Obtain advice from our coach and fellow veteran runners in 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon preparation, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Have fun and get in great shape!
