5K Training

Tortoise and Hare Sports One Fit Diva 5K training program is designed to help you train for the Monster Mash and Dash (ticket entry is included for this race), but can also be used to train for any other Fall/Winter 5K.  This program will focus on gaining endurance to help you complete a 5K to the best of your ability.  Participants are given instruction on how to properly prepare for a 5K.  Program will include pacing, nutrition, hydration, form, training principals, as well as other areas to help you have a successful race. Workouts will be led by Tortoise and Hare Sports team members and well loved, Cadence Performance Coaching Coach – Tracy Wingo.

Half Marathon

Tortoise and Hare Sports One Fit Diva 1/2 Marathon training program is designed to help you train for the Arizona Rock n Roll 1/2 marathon (5K ticket entry for Monster Mash and Dash is included with this training program).  This program will focus on gaining endurance to help you complete a 1/2 Marathon to the best of your ability.  Participants are given instruction on how to properly prepare for a 1/2 Marathon.  Program will include pacing, nutrition, hydration, form, training principals, as well as other areas to help you have a successful race.
