Run Club
Tortoise and Hare track club is designed to help improve your love of running and sense of community in Glendale and Peoria AZ. The weekly workouts are led by running coaches from Cadence Performance Coaching. These workouts will include warm up, drills for form and strength, a main set of repeats, (200 meters -1600 meters), and a cool down. We are meeting at Sunrise High School every Monday for a track workout from September to May at 6:30PM.
Kid's Run Club
The Tortoise & Hare Kid’s Run Club is a running program designed to help your kids love to run. We’ll focus on proper running form and practice current techniques in run training. We’ll cover pacing, goal setting, and dynamic stretching, in addition to working with your child to help begin the journey of discovering her or his potential. This program is sponsored by New Balance.
Good Form Running
Good Form Running is an interactive clinic that teaches runners and walkers how to move more efficiently. We believe that running and walking are important skills to be learned. Yet today, they stand as two of the least studied, practiced, and perfected activities. While running and walking are the most utilized forms of exercise, they are also two of the most injury causing sports you can engage in.

Foam Rolling Clinics
Do you have Plantar Fasciitis, sciatica or knee pain? It doesn't matter if you are on your feet for your job or training for a race, these are issues almost all of us will have at some point in our lives. This free clinic will teach participant how to maintain their muscles to keep them feeling their best to help fight against muscle pain and the above ailments. This is a one hour class and we will be using the Triggerpoint foundation and Total Body Kits to show you how to self massage and keep your body feeling its best, no matter how young, old, fast, or steady you are! Please be sure to RSVP on the facebook event. If you RSVP and cannot attend please let us know by changing your status. This clinic is taught best with a maximum of 10 people per class.
