The Clifton 10 fits true to size for most women, and the v10's roomier toe box and double-lace lock make for a secure, comfortable hold. Fit the foot, not a brand rule — sizing can shift version to version, so go by what your foot tells you.

Thumb's widthLeave about a thumbnail's width between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. If your longest toe touches the end, go up a full size to start.
Play the pianoYour toes should wiggle and splay freely — the wider v10 toe box gives them room. Cramped toes mean size up; a sloppy forefoot means size down.
