How It Should Fit

The Ghost 18 fits true to size, and this version opens up the toe box a touch for a little more room to splay. It runs on the lower-volume side, though — if you have a high-volume or high-instep foot, you may want to size up a half or choose a wider width. Fit the foot, not a brand rule.

Thumb's widthLeave about a thumbnail's width between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. If your longest toe touches the end, go up a half size.
Play the pianoYour toes should wiggle and splay freely. Cramped toes mean size up; a sloppy, swimming forefoot means size down or try a narrower width.
