The Heel Leveler takes a different approach to managing overpronation. Instead of relying on a standard insole alone, it uses a varus wedge to “shim” the foot back into better alignment—correcting from the ground up where it matters most.

The wedge is thicker along the inside edge, which gently rotates the foot into a more idealized position. For people whose feet roll inward too far with each step, that subtle correction can make a meaningful difference in how the foot, ankle, and leg line up and feel throughout the day.

What makes it work

The angled varus wedge sits beneath the foot with its thicker side on the inside edge, tilting the foot outward into better alignment. This helps address excessive overpronation and the ankle issues that can come with it.

Because it’s a covered wedge, it’s versatile in how you use it. Place it directly beneath your shoe’s sock liner, or stack it underneath an existing insole when you need more support than a shoe-and-insole combination can provide on its own.
