Shipping & Receiving
Every pair our fitters put on a customer's feet goes through you first. You'll receive vendor shipments, get new product checked in and ready to sell, ship our online orders, and keep the stockroom so organized our team can find any shoe in any size in seconds.
What you'll do
Your shift
Receiving
- Unload & checkUnload vendor deliveries and check every box against the packing slip and purchase order.
- Flag issuesCatch and report shortages, damages and wrong items so they get resolved with the vendor.
- Check inReceive new product into our inventory system so it's ready to sell in the store and online.
- Tag & priceTag and price product, and help with pricing changes and markdowns.
- StockroomKeep the stockroom organized by brand, model and size so fitters can grab any pair fast.
Shipping
- Online ordersPick, pack and ship online orders accurately and on time.
- ReturnsProcess online returns and returns to vendors.
- SuppliesKeep the shipping area stocked and ready to go.
With the team
- CountsHelp with rolling inventory counts so our numbers stay accurate.
- Floor supportWhen the store gets busy, jump in to run shoes, restock the wall and help customers.
- Store goalsWork with the team to reach our store goals, shift by shift.
What it takes
Requirements
- You're detail-oriented. You count twice, label clearly and notice when something doesn't match.
- You like order. A perfectly organized stockroom makes you happy.
- You work with urgency and gusto. Shipments get checked in and orders go out the door fast, and you're glad to help the team when the floor is busy.
- You're friendly and greet customers with a smile when you're out on the floor.
- You take initiative, communicate positively and love learning new skills.
- You welcome every person, from every background and at every pace.
- You're passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle, at any pace.
- You live our values: Service, Teamwork, Community and Innovation.
- You're comfortable on a computer and can learn our inventory and shipping systems.
- You can lift and carry boxes, bend, reach and stay on your feet for your full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You can work shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. and at least one full weekend shift every week.
- Part-time is 25–31 hours per week. Full-time is 32+ hours per week.
- High school diploma or GED.
- No experience needed. We'll train you.
- A plus: experience in shipping, receiving, inventory or a warehouse.
